CAM THANH COOKING CLASS & MONKEY MOUNTAIN  MARBLE MOUNTAINS – AM PHU CAVE FULL DAY

Experience your day with a variety of activities from meeting the locals at the market, to choosing food to prepare for your cooking class under our guidance.

In the afternoon, explore the natural caves at Marble Mountains and visit Lady Buddha and Linh Ung Pagoda at Monkey mountains.

9:00 am: Local guide picks up at the hotel

– Go to the market with our chef (about 30 minutes)

– We will have a chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for use in our lesson.

10:00 am: Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside and see the water and coconut trees growing together.

– Enjoy your time with a basket boat rowing through the coconut jungle forest

12:00 pm: Enjoy a welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

2:00 pm: Continue your day heading to Da Nang to visit Marble Mountain and absorb knowledge about religions and gain insight into differences between Buddhism and Hinduism

4:00 pm: Visit Am Phu cave – walk through a devilish underworld full of demons

4:30 pm: Our van will transfer you to Monkey Mountain to see the giant statue of Lady Buddha in – Central Vietnam with a height of 67m.

– Continue your day heading to Da Nang to visit the Marble Mountain and absorb knowledge about religions and gain insight into differences between Buddhism and Hinduism

Enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and romantic sunset from the top of Son Tra peninsula.

6:00 pm: Tour ends and head back to Hoi An at your hotel.

Notes: There are 146 steps up from the foot of Marble Mountain to the first stop (Xa Loi Tower) and then 136 steps up to the second stop (the cave system)

You can use the elevator for the first 146 steps (at your own expense)

LANTERN MAKING – BE A REAL FARMER AT TRA QUE VILLAGE

– The tour will begin at your hotel or our office. Our tour guide will greet you and provide bicycle for your trip. Cycling through the paddle fields and shrimp farm.

– Firstly, we will head to Tra Que vegetable village, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside then stroll along the vegetable villages. As a special treat, you will be involved with digging, sowing, planting, and harvesting the vegetables with hundreds of years of rudimentary tools of the farmers. You will enjoy E Water, a specialty of Tra Que vegetable village, you can feel the strong medicinal flavor from many kinds of vegetables. You could become a farmer with many interesting activities.

– Secondly, you will ride your bicycle leisurely passing the rice fields, and villages, to come to the art of making lanterns.

– You will visit craftsmen with skillful hands, show you how to create brightly colored lanterns. Expertly guided you could make yourself a lantern as a gift to your family.

– After learning time, the tour guide will take you back to your hotel.

– Finish your trip. 

CAM THANH COCONUT JUNGLE & LANTERN MAKING

About 9:00 – 9:15 AM. or 3:00 – 3:15 PM: The driver and tour guide will collect you at your hotel in Danang to start your journey to discover Cam Thanh Coconut Village & Lantern making class
You will visit craftsmen with skillful hands, showing you how to create brightly colored lanterns. Expertly guided you could make yourself a lantern as a gift to your family.

Immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of Cam Thanh Village. Enjoy a relaxing boat trip through the beautiful coconut forest. Participate in traditional fishing activities and catch beetles with local experts.

Enjoy hands-on experience of round-net and cast-net fishing done by local fishermen.

Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat rowing

You will see the basket-boat performance.

Go to catch the crabs and drop the net.
Return fisherman’s house and joining the cooking show with fire performance of the master Chef (is there is the cooking class takes place)

Have lunch or dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoy lunch (7 local dishes) and mineral water.

12.30 PM or 6.30 PM: Transfer back to your hotel in Hoi An. Tour ends

CAM THANH COCONUT JUNGLE – COOKING CLASS

In the journey to discover the Vietnam, you will give yourself a try to become a professional chef under our guidance. This is a great experience from going to the market to choose food and prepare and try your hand at cooking Vietnamese cuisine.

08:30 am: Local guide picks up at the hotel.

– Go to the market with our chef (about 30 minutes)

09:15 am: – Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of the Vietnamese countryside and see the water and coconut trees growing together.

– Enjoy your time with a basket boat rowing through the coconut jungle forest

11:00 am: Enjoy a welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

12:20 pm: Return to your hotel. Tour ends.
